Laser Acne Treatment …. works

I plan to do laser treatment for acne as me and I'm going to spend a large part saving my money to do it, I want to know if it really works before going there. I have 22 years and across years I have tried what seems all acne treatments common there, be proactive, Neutrogena, Oxy, etc. but nothing works.
